Crystal Ducharme and Amy Carr partnered up in May of 2018 after both already servicing buyers and sellers independently since 2006, becoming the founding female team of Compass for New Hampshire and Maine. After covering for one another while they vacationed, they quickly realized that not only do they share the same values, their individual styles also complemented one another, making them a strong team. They both grew up in small, rural towns, and have a deep understanding of the value of community.
